We highly recommend a free 5 minute Patch Test. We use all of the products that will be used and place a few lash extensions throughout your natural lashes. A Patch test needs to be conducted at least 24 hours before booking in for a full set of eyelash extensions.

How long does it take for a FULL SET of eyelash extensions?
Timing varies depending on the type of set. A Full Set of Classic Lashes takes around one hour and thirty minutes depending on how many natural lashes you have! A Full Set of Hybrid Lashes takes about one hour forty minutes, again depending on how many natural lashes you have. A Full Set of Russian Volume Lashes can take two to three hours as we hand make each individual Volume Fan that is placed on each of your natural lashes!

I went to a different salon for my lash extensions, will you infill them for me?
Unfortunately we do not infill other tech’s work due to us not being able to guarantee the quality of the lashes you have on. However, we do provide a lash removal service, which can be added to your appointment for an extra $30.

NAIL FAQ’S

Do you have Shellac Polish?
Shellac is simply a well-known brand of Gel Polish. We don’t stock Shellac but we definitely have Gel Polish. The brand we use is Gelly Fit.

How long do I wait before I need an infill on my nails?
We recommend regular infills every two to three weeks. As waiting longer than this can cause your natural nails to grow out too long giving an undesirable look. We also advise to book a few appointments in advance to avoid disappointment and secure the times that suit you the most.

Do you use MMA acrylic products?
NO! Methyl methacrylate, or MMA, originated in the dental industry for making crowns and bridges. It is also used as bone cement by orthopaedic surgeons during joint replacement procedures, in some flooring products, resins, and Plexiglas. This chemical was not designed to come in contact with skin or nails. Therefore we use EMA Acrylic NOT MMA. MMA can cause irritation, redness and swelling, uncomfortable skin sensitisation (tingling or numbness), respiratory problems or eye, nose and throat irritation, fungal or bacterial infections, discolouration of the nails (yellowing), nail damage or deformities, and is harmful to expectant mothers. Unfortunately is still being imported illegally by many nail salons.
